Refund and Cancellation Policy

Granjero de Bauer

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

At Granjero de Bauer, we provide professional agricultural and livestock-related services including audits, inspections, certification support, consulting, training, technical assessments, farm development advisory, and related field operations.

Because our operations are service-oriented and involve advance scheduling, personnel deployment, technical preparation, logistics planning, documentation, and resource allocation, all payments made for services are subject to the refund and cancellation conditions outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Granjero de Bauer primarily delivers:

  • Professional consulting services

  • Farm audits and assessments

  • Certification and compliance services

  • Technical training and capacity building

  • Field inspections and verification activities

  • Agricultural and livestock advisory services

  • Operational support and project-based engagements

Once a service engagement has been scheduled or preparation has commenced, costs are incurred immediately through manpower allocation, travel planning, administrative preparation, and technical coordination.

For this reason, refunds are limited and governed by the timing of cancellation.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered where a written cancellation request is submitted before service delivery begins.

Eligibility depends on how early the cancellation request is made relative to the scheduled service date.

3. Refund Schedule

A. Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Service Date

Clients may be eligible for a refund of up to 70% of the amount paid.

A minimum administrative and processing fee of 30% shall be retained to cover:

  • scheduling costs,

  • administrative processing,

  • planning,

  • and preliminary resource allocation.

B. Cancellation Between 7–14 Days Before Service Date

Clients may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid.

This deduction reflects:

  • operational preparation,

  • staff reservation,

  • logistics coordination,

  • and opportunity costs associated with reserved service slots.

C. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Service Date

Refunds are generally not available for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled service date.

At this stage, operational commitments, staffing, field scheduling, and preparatory activities are usually fully activated.

However, management may review exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Payments shall be considered non-refundable under the following conditions:

  • After service delivery has commenced

  • After field deployment has occurred

  • After submission of technical reports or audit findings

  • Failure of the client to attend scheduled training or meetings

  • Failure to provide required documentation or access

  • Delays caused directly by the client

  • Change of mind after substantial preparation

  • Missed appointments without prior notice

5. Rescheduling Policy

Where possible, clients may request a rescheduling of services instead of cancellation.

Rescheduling requests:

  • must be submitted in writing,

  • are subject to operational availability,

  • and may attract administrative or logistical adjustment fees.

Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.

6. Emergency and Exceptional Circumstances

Granjero de Bauer understands that emergencies may occur.

Refund or rescheduling exceptions may be considered in cases involving:

  • medical emergencies,

  • natural disasters,

  • government restrictions,

  • security emergencies,

  • or other force majeure events.

Supporting documentation may be requested before approval.

All such decisions remain at the discretion of management.

7. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall typically be processed within:

  • 7–21 business days

depending on:

  • banking systems,

  • payment channels,

  • and internal financial processing procedures.

Transaction charges imposed by banks or payment gateways may be deducted where applicable.

8. Service Commitment and Fair Use

Our refund structure is designed to balance:

  • fairness to clients,

  • operational sustainability,

  • staff commitments,

  • and professional service delivery standards.

As a technical service organization, much of the work performed occurs before physical delivery begins. This includes:

  • technical planning,

  • document review,

  • scheduling,

  • mobilization,

  • coordination,

  • and specialist allocation.

Clients are therefore encouraged to confirm availability, readiness, and commitment before making payment.

9. Contact for Refund Requests

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted formally through our official communication channels:

Requests should include:

  • Client name

  • Service reference or invoice number

  • Scheduled service date

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Preferred resolution (refund or reschedule)

10. Final Provision

By engaging the services of Granjero de Bauer, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Granjero de Bauer reserves the right to update or revise this policy where necessary to reflect operational, regulatory, or legal requirements.
